Peel banana and break in half. Add to bottom of a blender pitcher. Add milk and mixed berries to the pitcher. Cover pitcher and blend on high (or on smoothie setting) for about 1 minute. The longer you blend, the creamier the smoothie gets.
Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
*The riper the banana, the sweeter the smoothie*Any frozen fruit can be used in this recipe. Peaches and berries make a great smoothie, too!
