Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice dinner rolls in half horizontally. Place bottom halves into the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish. Mix mustard and mayo together until combined. Spread bottom halves with a thin layer of the mixture.
Top bottom halves with even amounts of pulled pork. Then, top with even amounts of sliced ham. Next, add two pickles to each bun. Finish off by spooning rest of mayo-mustard over the top of the sliders. Place top buns on sliders.
Bake sliders in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until buns are toasted and pork is warmed through.
