Creamy Dill Salmon
The easiest, most delicious salmon you'll ever make! Pan fried salmon covered in a creamy, lemon dill sauce that made with only three ingredients.

Servings: 4 people
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 20 ounces salmon fillets with skin on
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 ounce fresh dill chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Pat salmon fillets with paper towel to remove excess moisture. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat skillet over medium high heat. Add olive oil. Once olive oil is hot, add salmon to pan, skin side down. Cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for 2-5 more minutes, depending on your desired doneness. Remove from heat.
Add sour cream, zest, juice, and dill to a small bowl. Mix to combine. Season with salt, as needed.
Remove salmon from skillet and place on serving platter. Spread dill sauce over the top of each salmon. Garnish with a lemon slice, if desired. Serve immediately.
