Only three ingredients are required to make this refreshing pineapple sorbet at home!

Servings: 1 pint
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunked
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Add chunked pineapple, sugar, water, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth and sugar blended in. It should not be grainy. Keep blending until graininess is gone.
Pour mixture into a large measuring cup or small bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least one hour.
Once mixture is chilled, add mixture to ice cream machine and churn for 8-10 minutes, or until frozen. Pour frozen mixture into storage container and chill until more firm, about 1-2 hours. Or you can enjoy immediately, if you like it soft like me!
