This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group®  and The J.M. Smucker Company, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #DunkinDonutsPublix  http://my-disclosur.es/OBsstV

Tiramisu Frozen Coffee – Make your morning coffee even more exciting with a boost from the flavors of tiramisu. Made with double-strength coffee, milk, creamy marscapone cheese, crushed ladyfingers, chocolate syrup, and crushed ice, this tiramisu frozen coffee will transform your morning routine!

Two cups of Tiramisu Frozen CoffeeCoffee has always been a huge part of my life. I can thank my Colombian heritage for that. When my grandmother would visit from Colombia, she would bring me and my sisters these little coffee candies. I was maybe 10 or so and was completely OBSESSED with those candies. So you can say my love affair with coffee started pretty early!

Fast-forward to adult life and you can find me enjoying at least one cup hot coffee every morning during the workweek. I cannot function without it; coffee runs my life. Who’s with me???

Cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee

But on the weekend, I like to jazz up my coffee routine a bit. I have more time on weekend mornings so why not spend a little more time making a fancy, indulgent coffee beverage?!

Enter my newest coffee confection: Tiramisu Frozen Coffee.

Tiramisu Frozen Coffee with cocoa powder on top Tiramisu Frozen Coffee with chocolate syrup dripping down the sideTiramisu Frozen Coffee topped with whipped topping, cocoa power and a ladyfinger

After one sip of this coffee concoction, I was hooked! Super refreshing and slightly sweet from the flavors of tiramisu, this was the best way to spend my Saturday morning.

And what’s even better, it’s super simple to assemble! All you have to do is combine double-strength coffee, milk, a little sugar, chocolate syrup, marscapone cheese, ladyfingers, a hint of almond extract, and ice in a blender, blend, and voila! You have yourself a tiramisu frozen coffee in seconds!

Pouring the mix from the blender into the cups

The almond extract is such a small touch but it’s impact is not hidden whatsoever! I think it gives the drink a special international flavor that suits the rest of the tiramisu elements just right. So trust me when I say that you should not skip out on it!

When it comes to the coffee, my husband and I are super snobby about only drinking the best. We’ve both worked in coffee shops at one time or another so we know what great coffee tastes like. That’s why we choose Dunkin’ Donuts® coffee to brew at home. It’s super flavorful and balanced and the perfect addition to our mornings. His favorite is the Dunkin’ Donuts Dark Roast, while my favorite is, to no one’s surprise, the 100% Colombian Roast.

Bags of Dunkin Donuts Ground Coffee

As you can see above, we bought the coffee in grounds. But Dunkin’ Donuts coffee is offered in K-Cups and whole beans, too! And in so many other flavors too. You can check out the whole lineup of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee products here. All of these are available at your local Publix, which is where we did our shopping.

When you do your Dunkin’ Donuts shopping at Publix through May 6th, you can get $1 off any one (1) Dunkin’ Donuts variety, while supplies last. Before you go, make sure to get your coupon here!

Before you get started on the frozen coffee, here are a couple tips for ya:

  1. It’s very important that you make the coffee double-strength. That means double the amount of grounds but keep the water amount the same. I made this frozen coffee with single and double-strength and the coffee flavor is much more prominent with the double-strength, while the single-strength tastes a little watered-down.
  2. I would suggest brewing the coffee the night before you plan to enjoy it so you can chill it in the fridge overnight. But if you decide to make this the morning-of, no worries! I just placed my freshly-brewed coffee in the freezer and it only took about 45 mins- 1 hour to cool it down. Whatever you decide to do, make sure it’s completely cooled down before trying to blend. Otherwise, the coffee will melt the ice before it can blend so it will become liquidy and probably still a little warm.
  3. The ladyfingers carry the essence of the tiramisu so don’t make this drink without them! If ladyfingers are a new ingredient to you, you can easily find them at Publix in the cookie aisle. Just make sure to look near the fancy international cookies.
  4. Don’t forget to get your toppings for your frozen coffee! We like using whipped cream, a dusting of cocoa powder, and a ladyfinger to top ours. You can also use chocolate shavings or crumbled ladyfingers to top your frozen coffee.

Hope you love this Tiramisu Frozen Coffee as much as we do. Because of our mutual coffee obsession, I’m always enjoying my coffee creations with my husband. Who do you enjoy your coffee with?

Tiramisu Frozen Coffee

Make your morning coffee even more exciting with a boost from the flavors of tiramisu. Made with double-strength coffee, milk, creamy marscapone cheese, crushed ladyfingers, chocolate syrup, and crushed ice, this magical coffee drink will transform your morning routine!
Prep Time5 minutes mins
Total Time5 minutes mins
Servings: 2 12 oz drinks

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup double-strength Dunkin Donuts coffee chilled (I used dark roast)
  • 1/2 cup milk (I used whole milk)
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons marscapone cheese
  • 4 ladyfinger cookies
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups ice
  • whipped cream, cocoa powder, 1 extra ladyfinger for topping (optional)

Instructions

  • Brew your Dunkin Donuts coffee at double-strength by using 2x the grounds but only 1x of the water. Once it's done brewing, transfer to a container and place in the freezer to cool down. It may take up to an hour to cool it down so plan accordingly. Warning - if you use hot coffee for this drink, it will melt the ice and result in an iced coffee instead of a frozen coffee.
  • Add cold coffee, milk, chocolate syrup, marscapone cheese, ladyfingers, sugar, almond extract, and ice to a blender. Blend on high until completely blended.
  • Drizzle 2 glasses with more chocolate syrup. Pour drinks into glasses. Top with whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder. Place 1/2 ladyfinger on top for garnish. Serve immediately.

Um, I think you mean mascarpone?

Also, when I make stong, strong coffee, I just make it on the stove in a good sized kettle. Water, bring to a boil, remove from heat and add about 1 cup or so of coffee, place back onto burner, turn heat down and simmer until it looks about the way you want it. We actually call this “campfire coffee” because that’s the way we make coffee when we’re out tenting.

I tried making double=strength coffee in my Cuisinart coffee maker and it made a huge mess because the water could not/would not drain through the paper filter fast enough.

Otherwise, this is a pretty good recipe and the more chocolate, the better, too. I mean who can say no to chocolate, right?!

These Mint Chocolate Fudge Cookies have so many el These Mint Chocolate Fudge Cookies have so many elements that it was really hard to name them! They're chewy, chocolatey, minty, have a layer of buttercream, and a nice dollop of fudge on top. I decided 4 words were the max I could use when naming them so I settled on mint chocolate fudge cookies!

Mint cookies have long been a love of mine, whether it's a thin mint or mint cookie ice cream. I love the duo of chocolate and mint together, but it is EVEN better when the chocolate is in the form of a cookie!

March tends to be the unofficial month of mint because of St. Patrick's Day and the Shamrock Shake at McDonald's making its annual appearance this time of year. So I had to give you a fun, new mint cookie to celebrate these flavors!

Perfect for St. Patrick's Day parties, cookie exchanges, gifts for mint chocolate lovers, or any time you want to impress with a stunning cookie!

I present to you my Pigs in a Blanket Wreath! The I present to you my Pigs in a Blanket Wreath!

The wreath isn't hard to assemble at all! You just make the little pigs in a blanket like you normally do - using crescent dough and mini hot dogs - but just arrange them in a ring and bake. Simple as that! I added a little poppy seeds to step up the presentation a little. But if you have picky little eaters, you can leave them off!

About that dipping sauce... When serving the wreath, don't forget the dipping sauce! I love honey mustard with my hot dogs so that's what I wanted to serve with this wreath. But not just any honey mustard. No, no. This is a Dr Pepper honey mustard, guys! I make a killer Dr Pepper mustard glaze for my Thanksgiving ham so I know first-hand how well Dr Pepper pairs with the mustard flavors!

For this Roasted Tomato Mac & Cheese, I've topped For this Roasted Tomato Mac & Cheese, I've topped it with roasted tomatoes to help balance out the richness of the cheese and pasta. Because the tomatoes are roasted, they have a similar flavor you would find in a tomato soup. And we all know how incredible cheese and tomato soup go together!

The combination of creamy, rich mac and cheese with those slightly acidic, charred roasted tomatoes is PERFECTION. It's like eating grilled cheese with tomato soup, but elevated! The tomatoes cut through the richness in the best way possible.

Perfect for cozy nights, family dinners, or potlucks!

These Cornbread Cookies are my new sweet and salty These Cornbread Cookies are my new sweet and salty obsession, you guys! They start out sweet and chewy, much like any other brown sugar cookie. But they finish with a hint of salty cornbread taste. And with the drizzle of honey on top, there is no mistaking that similarity to cornbread!

These are SO versatile too! Perfect with morning coffee, amazing alongside chili or soup, delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or honestly just slathered with butter! They're like the cookie version of cornbread muffins, but better! 🌟

The sweet and salty combination is absolutely addictive. My family couldn't stop eating them, and I bet yours won't be able to either!
